Spacious Comfort

I loved the spacious double queen room with a balcony, giving us a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and modern, which made my family feel immediately at home. The comfortable beds were perfect for relaxing after a day of fun activities at The Island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Shower

The bathroom featured a fantastic rainfall shower head that really enhanced my shower experience! It was a refreshing way to start the day or unwind after exploring. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable, except for minor touch-ups needed.

Lovely Rooftop Pool

We spent a good afternoon at the rooftop pool, which was exclusively for guests. It was well-maintained with plenty of areas to sunbathe and relax in the hot tub. This was one of the highlights of our stay as it provided a fantastic view over The Island.

Our experience at this hotel was quite a mix. The location is superb, right in the heart of everything, and the views from our riverside balcony were stunning. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond, especially with the valet service. However, we encountered multiple issues with housekeeping that really put a damper on our stay. Although we appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff, the inconsistent cleaning service left us frustrated, and for the price we paid, we expected much better.
